Refund Policy

At RP2 India Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality educational programs. Please review our refund policy below before enrolling.

1. Program Fees

  • All program fees are payable in advance as per the enrollment process.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@rp2.center within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the program content.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days from enrollment or if substantial program content has been accessed/downloaded.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees for completed modules, downloadable materials, or certification assessments are non-refundable.

5. Program Cancellation by RP2

  • If a program is canceled by RP2, a full refund will be provided to all enrolled participants.
